Contributions are not donations or loans, but profit-share agreements with vendors.

Sponsorship returns are based on vendor performance and market activity.
4. Vendor Vetting and Project Listings
All vendors are pre-screened by Killatua to assess legitimacy and potential. However, Killatua does not bear liability for business performance, mismanagement, or unforeseen loss.
5. Returns and Payouts

Profit shares are typically paid out within 2 to 7 business days.

Killatua is not liable for delayed or reduced payouts due to business underperformance.

Returns may be sent to your Killatua wallet or linked mobile wallet.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Not engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of any project or vendor.
7. Fees
Killatua may charge a small platform fee or deduct a percentage from earnings for operational costs. All fees will be transparently disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
8. Limitation of Liability
Killatua is not liable for:

Loss of funds due to vendor failure.

Platform downtime or technical issues.

Fraud committed by third parties despite due diligence.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated these terms or used the platform maliciously.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on Killatua.com are owned by Killatua and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.
